Disco 2: Drivers door lock actuator

Hi all,

This is post 2/2 as I have two problems to fix

New to me 04 Disco 2. Drivers side door doesn't unlock on the button - needs the key. Locks fine, all others work a-ok - PO (trustworthy guy) reckons it's the actuator. Does this sound right? Any suggestions for how to start investigating/fixing/replacing?

Sounds about right, there’s loads of posts with good advice already in the Forums on D2 failed door locks, a common issue with them over the years.
lucky its just one door
