Are the rear brake calipers on a disco td5 really left and right biased?
The nearside rear is binding again, sorted it out twice before recently, I might just replace it this time.
Had new pads and discs all round 6000 miles ago.
Island4x4 seem to be the best priced at £38 on the bay.

Thanks,
Paul

PS Off to get my trolley jack and stands today.:D

Island 4x4 are about the cheapest, I've seen a couple of bits elsewhere but generally they are the place to shop.......:)

Also if they list a Left Hand and a Right Hand Unit, then I'd be inclined to order the side you require..........................:behindsofa:............;)

They are indeed handed, a fact I know as I am trying to replace one myself at the moment, but have come unstuck with a seized flexi hose union (they are knackered as well so being replaced).

Also want to replace pads and discs but came unstuck there (AGAIN) because LR kindly use 19mm *12 point* sockets, the bastards. So now my day involves ringing tool suppliers to find someone selling them.
