Disco 1 rear passenger windows delay

when i start up, the rear window switches dont work - then seem to start working at some point later after driving. Parked up tonight, rear windows down, and now they wont close. Is there some sort of delay built in?
Or is their something I need to change.

Try this

Repair a Land Rover Discovery electric window ECU to make the rear windows open again.

Thanks Gratch - will be having a look at this tomz! Its just odd that they always work after a period of time, once the engine has been running for about 5 Mins.

Might also be the switches themselves, swap them for a good one and try.

Mine do the same thing, and sometimes the rear window wiper joins in just for the fun of it. All switches are OK and the fault does not appear every time I start the car and only lasts approx 3 - 5 mins then everything works as it should.

Any further ideas anyone???:doh::doh:

That sounds like an earth problem.
