Disco 1 just bought

Land rovers really are a drug! Just bought my 3rd ( 2nd in 3 days so the wife is not happy!)
This time it is a disco 1 1996 300 tdi auto 160000 miles 4 months MOT driving well chassis not too bad. 7 seats all present. Previous owner has just put a set of 'winter' tyres on her.
What would this be worth and does anyone want to hazard a guess at what I paid. The reg alone is worth £125 according to a valuation site.

Tyres like a lot of other stuff are a loss in vehicle valuation so lets say £249.99.

This may be better than the questions we had in our Christmas crackers

Not sure about that. Tyres do factor into the price of a vehicle. Would you pay as much for a vehicle that needs a set of tyres?

I did say "valuation" not a price that a buyer is prepared to pay, my recent spend of £400 on tyres won't increase the sell price but I would certainly increase the value of my vehicle when including the £400, plus while I'm at it, the £700 ICE system that's fitted, then there's a full tank of fuel

I was going to say £400!!

I buy and sell the odd vehicle and all items are factored into the price I pay and the price I sell for. Ask any dealer things that go with the vehicle are included in the valuation.
