Hi all,
I've had the normal clamp on diff guards for 3 years. The front one has taken some hard hits and did it's job. The rear one is virtually new...
Anyway, I've had some problems with them, the front one fell off one time, and it's quite hard to clean the mud inside.
I was considering to get a pair of Paddock's wrap around diff guards:
http://www.paddockspares.com/pm1133-wraparaound-rover-axle-diff-guard-galvanised.html
http://www.paddockspares.com/pm147-wraparaound-rear-rover-axle-diff-guard-galvanised.html
Are they any good? I'm finding a bit hard to justify the €110,00 they cost (so please do not suggest more expensive ones).
Any experiences with both types? I know there are older threads, but most answers seem to be the "I always had type X and never had trouble" type.
Thanks in advance
