Diesel Leak

Hi all,

i have found a leak on 2000 model 2.0l diesel and am wondering if anyone can give me a part number for the pipe so the missus can get one ordered tomorrow.
The leak is coming from the middle one of the three excess fuel pipes that go between the injectors,

i can see there is a forth that runs to a larger bore 'rubber' pipe.

The pipes are only about three inches long, are synthetic 'rubber' and are shrouded like protectors on coolant hoses.

We either need to 4 new individual pipes or one length to cut down, if anyone can help with part numbers or pipe bore size and suppliers it will help get midwife back on the road.
