Anything is possible with a Defender, but you'd need to fabricate mountings etc and it wouldn't be straightforward.

Also, are you meaning replacing the second row seats in a 110, or rear forward facing seats from a Puma 90, or rear side facing seats from a TD5 90?

There is this chap selling a set of grey and mint Disco 2 rear seats in leather for lemonade money. If they would fit width ways they’d be a game changer?
Same as these but immaculate and slightly darker.

…yep 2nd row in a 110 CSW

As well as width, you'd need to check depth as the second row seats in a 110 are fairly narrow front to back compared to most.

Also those Discovery seats have a big cut out at both ends and it might look a bit odd in a Defender.

You'd likely be the first one to try it so you could report back if you fit them with some photos!

D2 seats are locked upright at the top left & right corners on to the body. Finding a way to do this could be a problem

I briefly looked in the back today and the D2 seats would have to sit well behind ‘c’ pillar. I have ducks back covers on the existing rears so I think it’s a job that doesn’t need doing. Just £50 for immaculate leather seats is a steal.

I haven’t looked into it properly [at all], but I thought about fitting front seats into the back row. Far more secure than the folding ones currently fitted and with the added luxury of being reclining! Not the answer you’re looking for, but might be worth investigating (for my benefit).

New furniture for the shed?

Good work, that's a bit of an improvement over the standard bench seat.

l've never flown business class
on a 747 so l wouldn't know how it compares, although l have flown on the flight deck of Boeing 737 in the jump seat, which was about the same as a standard Defender side facing rear seat.

I stripped out the rear interior windows shrouds and dog guard yesterday so I can replace the body seal (leaking ) which left the rear bench seats flapping round like spaniels ears. I either need to get a better replacement or weld up those pathetic fold down catches which have all broken loose.

With a welder and some skill can put what you like it.

I fitted 2017 RR Sport seats in my DCPU. A tight fit but very comfy, however not great if youre over 6ft :oops::p

Love this! I've been wanting to do fit some new rear seats in my 110 for a while also. Hadn't considered RRS.
Has anyone tried Freelander 2's or P38s? Obviously theres ex moor trims but I'm not made of money.
