Defender td5 wheel size- help?

Can anyone advise if the defender td5 has the same wheel pattern as the defender tdi? I don't think so and you need a spacer/converter?

I have someone just turned up to buy some who isn't sure if the wheels are the same?

To the best of my knowledge Defender wheels have all been the same size, but changed from riveted with tube to welded with tube and finally to tubeless. The riveted were the same as LWB Series too.

The stud spacing has been the same right from the start. The only difficulty you might encounter is that some of the alloy wheels might not fit on the drum braked axles because there isn't a large flat area on the back of the wheel to accomodate the drum. But otherwise things stayed very similar. Unlike the Discovery, where a smaller stud spacing/PCD was adopted in 1999.
