Hi
Just purchased a Hawkeye Diagnostic tool and getting to grips with it.
Scrolling through the live data it is showing the Hi gear and Low gear in reverse order (indicating Hi when in low and vise versa).
I have looked on this site for previous threads but they give contradicting information.
Can anyone please advise do I have a problem to fix?
if not why is the reading incorrect?

It seems most diag tools report the same thing. My nanocom evo does the same thing.

Not sure why.

Can you open a support ticket with the Hawkeye manufacturer to have them look into it?

I have solved the problem (if there was ever a problem).
There is a software issue, all vehicles are affected in as much the Diagnostic readers do indicate the HIGH / LOW gear selection in reverse. If you use Land Rover's own T4 equipment it will also show the selected ratio in reverse (indicating High when Low is selected). The throttle response will be correct and as designed.
