Defender A Frame

Hello all,

I have been looking around at the Genuine Defender A Frames, part no VPLPP0061.

And while they are not everyone's cup of tea, I like them, more so because they are Genuine items.

Issue being I have a 1991 Defender, and they state that they fit 2007 model onwards.

Any one know what is different on the front end of the 2007> Defenders to an older one to stop it fitting?

only differance minght be is the 2007 onwards are tdci with aircon so it minght step out a little more not sure for definate but its a possibility

That's what I was thinking, but are all the new ones (after 2007) sold with AC?

I've looked at the pics of the bumpers and they don't seem any different, could do with a real life new one.

I think they changed the front so if you have air con or not it would be 1 style of A bar that would fit. Not sure about if it would fit previous defenders
