if you do a search on pixel repair on both this and BMW websites there are plenty of options...sure there was a similar post on here not long ago.
On of the more reputable companies seem to be Bba Rahmin (something like that), sorry i dont know how much it costs or have there phone number, but sure someone on the forum will.

Try disconnecting/cleaning/refitting all electrical connections in LHS boot compartment. I did this to fix a tv screen fault and it cured my pixel problem too. This compartment is where all the radio/tv/satnav/amplifier bits live and is susceptable to water ingress and damage.
