Dash lights

Morning. I realised last night that my heater controls arent illuminating with the rest of the dash, is this a common disco 'trait' or just mine ? Are they easy to replace or could it be a fuse, im ruling out fuse as im guessing there would be more than just them lights out if the fuse had popped.

Also are the lights inside the clocks easy to change/swap for brighter/different colour leds/bulbs ?

Only as common as bulbs do blow, so just pull to remove the heater controls undo screws, remove plate, to reveal a single bulb.
Changing the dash bulbs has been done before, all u need to do is get access to them, easy? i'll let u make up your own mine on that one.
