Hi all
Does anyone know where I can find part numbers for early RR shock absorbers?

Retailers seem to be listing RR Defender and Discovery shocks under one part number, which can't be right. I feel sure an early RR will have significantly softer shocks than a defender....

I am looking to buy standard shocks, not gas pressurised or uprated.

Kind regards
Paul - in Sussex

What year is your RRC?
I have a 70's parts book knocking around somewhere & I'll see if I can dig it out.
You're likely to find the old part numbers have been superseded over the years.

1977 parts book.

Numbers have been superseded many times over the intervening years.
According to the Brit-car site 577652 is now STC3941 and 90577392 is now STC2829. If you look at their site it shows a lot of numbers by each part incl those posted by Marshall.
