Hi all, new here, and new to landrovers, I've recently bought a really tidy discovery 2 face-lift. I have noticed today that the bottom row of dash lights (that contain the 3 amigos) does not illuminate. The hill decent still seems to work. I am assuming the vehicle has had the 3 amigos issue and someone has d/c the bulbs.
My question is, is this an mot failure as none of the bulbs illuminate? Is their a fuse just for this row of lights? Am I likely looking at reconnecting the bulbs etc and fixing the problem properly or is it fine as it is?

Thanks

Sam

Irrespective of the MOT question, you'll want to replace the bulbs and fix any underlying issue they may be showing. The Traction Control and ABS may well be disabled if the system is registering a fault - might be an idea to ask if there are any folk in your area with Nanocom so you can get the faults cleared and re-read (clear, then drive, then read) to see if there actually is anything amiss.

Most fixes ought to be reasonably cheap, more of a faff really.

Hi. No fuse and no bulbs, probably the warnings(which are soldered smd LEDs) were blanked with black tape or disabled other way... as said you need a nanocom session to know more

Thanks. I will find someone local with nanocom to have a gander and see what's going on
