Judge a man by how he treats someone who is of no use to him!

Anyway. No theres no such thing! BUT on thinking about it i think he wants it to be able get some nooky in the warm cab instead of getting in the back LOL

I'm a bit slow on the uptake here but warm cab? Defender? Not something I've ever experienced! How does that happen? I don't think my engine has ever got warm enough to make the heater work properly?!

I made the box in the end. Copied the seat base but with a thinner layer of padding and a hinge. I can house the control box thingy in there and also fit a bit of paperwork under there. Job done I recon, it works a treat!

As for Redhand - well I obviously **** him off for some reason and likewise he does me. He likes to be rude to people and I can work with that - I deal with dickheads every day so one more isn't going to ruin my life! I can take a joke from anyone and love a bit of banter but this guy's just not funny. Did he get bullied at school? He still suffers from little man syndrome it appears? From his post count it's obvious he's got too much time on his hands and too much to say. The poor soul needs to get out more I think.

With the whole legal seat issue, I say if it's secure enough to not fly off in a crash then you can sit on it because the seatbelt isn't attached to the seat, it's attached to the car.

I had a 60 plate Fiat Doblo as a hire van, and the bottom part of the seat folded forward to allow you to stash papers receipts etc away - might be worth trying something like that?

It was literally just a lump of the foam that lifted up, not the entire seat base - t wasn't huge but enough to stash paperwork away out of sight.
