Hi Folks.

Tiny needs your help on something.
Does anyone with an old L Series find that the heater takes an age to warm up? Tiny has always been a bit lacking on the heater side of things but its really starting to get on my nerves a bit now. The temp dial works fine - warms up fine but the heater only blows luke warm. No air in the system and thermatwat is ok. Can anyone think of a mod to get some decent heat blasting in time for summer?
Anyone else had the same problem?
I get in the missus's fiesta and its churning flames out of the heater when Tiny can only muster a room temperature breeze. Here's the strange bit -throw Tiny round a right hand bend an you get a lovely warm blast for a second or two?!?
Strange but true - any suggestions???

air lock! - its a known prob - i think i have seen a fix on the hinterthingy - will try and find it.

I have this same problem on a 2002 TD4... could it be the same fix??

yup - bleeding air! out of the system is CRITICAL on all Hippoos

If anyone is locked out from printing web stuff, I have that page (with enlarged pictures) in a word doc which i could email to you.

Any links to how I bleed the air of a td4?

Is it on the Rave cd?

Can't fiond anything on Rave... only seems to have coolign system for V6 petrol.

Me three, I think? I bought a RAVE CD off ebay but can never find 'owt I want on there? Still, according to ray Mears it can be used as a reflective device to attract help if lost in the australian outback, so it wasn't a complete waste of money.
