Hi folks, is it possible to swap out the storage lockers of a 5 seater disco 2 and convert to a 7 seater? TIA

Yes.
You'll need two seats, two headrests, the upper roof trim, both side panels and cut-out the carpet to allow the seats to latch.

That's good enough for me, thanks. I've seen a discovery 2 that ticks all the boxes apart from being 7 seats

Might be wrong, but I've something telling me that seven seaters need to be on air rear suspension

That's my understanding too. I think you can go from 7 to 5 but not 5 to 7.
Tell your insurance if you do.

My D1 disco is a 7 seater and doesn't have air.
Don't u think your getting confused with the new build spec requirements in place at the time for the 7seater D2 introduction which was 16 years or so ago.
