cold on here can you crack it

hi i have got a 2.5td p38
but i have put the heating on when the engine is warm
and it blows hot air out of the passangers side
but only cold air on the drivers side
both nob settings are on hot but it still blows cold please help it frezzing

yep its a blend motor what controls the flap inside mines the same and meant to be a pain in the backside to do hence not done mine (2 3/4 years)

so what do i need to replace the whole blend motor

Blend Motor Diagnosis and Replacement

Bit the bullet with mine and took it to my local independent to do after lots of consideration about doing it myself. Glad i did given the present weather. He replaced all 3 motors and showed me the old wiring were someone had obviously tried to do the job themselves previously. Wonder the whole thing hadnt gone up in flames, bits spliced in and taped up everywhere bare bits of wire hanging around.
Cost me best part of £600 but all working well now and im nice and toasty all the time
