Nope I will leave attempts of bling to those who obviously desire it. some NDB owners doth scoff a little loudly at discreet gold whilst admitting their love of these chavtastic lights. :p

No chavtastic lights for me. That £12 is halfway towards a Terrafirma damper. I know where I'd rather spend my money.

I opened this thread thinking - oh dear, another reason NOT to own an L322.

But I actually rather like these lights.

Which is worrying......... as I hate McDonalds. At least I think I do. OMG...

I suppose if VW can fit headlights with little VW logos in them as standard, this is OK, isn't it???

:)

Cheers

Jerry

Next time you see a VeeDub made in the last 8 or so years, just take a look inside the headlight housing. They put little VW logos on the shield for he main beam.

You know the motherinlaw has one and ive changed bulbs in it and never even noticed
Do they project the logo?

I've got a mk5 Golf GTI. Yes, the little logos are in the light unit but it certainly doesn't get projected. It's a nice touch though I think.

No, the shroud is there to bounce light back onto the reflector rather than sending the light straight out of the front. On most cars they are plain black or silver. VW decided to make them a small feature.
