can i change the size of my tires
i have 255x65x16 tires on my discovery 2
i am going to buy some winter tyres but i am finding it hard to get these
so can i use 265x 70 or similar as long as they are 16
any help
i need snow tyres as i live in Bulgaria ,or maybe all terrain
any help please

you can put any you want on as long as there 4 equal tyres that dont catch ,try this it will give you an idea in differences of sizes

235/70/16 or 255/65/16. For Bulgaria definitely get winter tyres.

It's even colder and more snow here than in Bulgaria and after many experiments of different than the recommended size BFG AT's, MT's, G. Grabbers, i ended up with Dunlop Grandtrek AT3 (the recommended 255/65/16 for 8J wheels) which al all seasons/all terrain M/S's, i can say that it was the best choice i ever made, very good on slippery surfaces... and i can tell from my own experience to use the exact or very close size of tyres cos they make a huge difference in everything....if you have 7J wheels use 235/70/16
