Freelander 2 (LR2) Cam belt and water pump change

Can anyone please let me know how much I should be paying for 2010 TD4 cam belt / water pump / pulley tensioner change?
Quotes have been £500 - £650 so far, with warnings over which pump to have fitted!
As it's coming up to 10 years better get it done, 80K on clock, thoughts please.
Any spanner recommendations in the West Mids area appreciated, past experience counts for a lot!

I understand it's a bit of a job, but that seems pricey.

I paid £506 for a cambelt change including waterpump, autobox fluid change, diff oil change and haldex fluid change at the specialist I use.
I'm in Warwickshire and use Forest Land Rover. He's a one man band and always busy. He was head of the workshop at the main dealer in Stratford on Avon.
