Buzzing noise

Hi
Set off from work tonight and after an hour came off the motorway and noticed a buzzing noise, just, a continuing same note of buzz that seemed to be coming from the rear left area. stopped when i turned the engine off, never heard it before and being slightly deaf may be there all the time,lol, but its just audible when bimbling through town and at tick over.
Anyone heard this before or any ideas? If i hear it tomorrow i will try and trace it.

Would that be the fuel pump, or is that on the other side?

fuel pump on drivers side they do buzz loader just before they fail

Well i set off this morning to listen and then trace the buzzing and nowt not a thing, quiet as a mouse, checked the mpg and roughly 34 to the gallon, motorway miles at 65 mph, seems about right i think, but no buzz, unless i have really gone deaf

thats the boozzzzz

There is a bussing noise from fuel pump. Is the pump requiring replacement or could there be other issues?
