Brakes pulsing

Hello. I've got a pulsing through brake pedal on my 300 auto. I've recently changed front discs and pads. The pulsing was there before brake change. The pulse coincides with a squeak from brakes. Any help would be appreciated.

Was there any unusual wear on your old pads or discs ?

Dont recall any unusual wear. I've still got pads so will check. Thanks

checked pads. Wear seems fairly even
