I'm thinking of bringing in an order of wheels from china/Taiwan of boost style wheels. If I was doing this I would need definite orders paid up front to PayPal so I can order in the MOQ of at least 20 sets (maybe more) I will hold money in PayPal and if there is not enough people then money will be all sent back if there is enough people order will take around 30 days shipping then postage from Northern Ireland to where you are in uk which would be including on price for wheels but will be drastically cheaper than anyone selling them here. Please post if interested I will find out cost in next few days

mmmm, Chinese alloys, with the quality of a lot of stuff that comes from there, especially cheapo metal items,
death trap springs to mind

Any interest in this lads

You haven't told us a price?

My opinion on this is that you're going about it the wrong way.

You want people to send you money via paypal. Then if there isn't enough interest you will refund them. Sounds like a farce to me.

For me you need to buy them yourself and sell on an individual basis.
Yes I know it's money to lay out etc. but that's your choice.

The other option would be to do a proper group buy. Tell us the manufacturer so we can look at the wheels for out self etc...
Publish the different amounts at different bulk amounts and see how many people want to go ahead.

As I say just my opinion.

Boost 'style' .. can I buy them with English 'style' pounds?

I have a good laser printer ..

What he say's

It's from the wheel manufacturers in china and minimum order quantity is 80 wheels so that's 20 people for 4 wheels or 16 people for 5 wheels each

I will try and sort out my email address as hotmail decided I have to go through some security ****e to access my emails again but as soon as I do I'll find out price

This is a no go before it even starts, under European law if you are the importer of goods then your liable for any defects and injuries if they fail same as any uk manufacturer

Are they CE marked for sale in Europe

Sounds like a lot more trouble than it's worth, if it was 25k BMWs for 8k it might be worth it
