Have any of you heard of, or had any experience of this product.
A company is advertising them on ebay for £57 plus £4 postage, and claim an increase of 15bhp and 28lb of torque for the 2.0 td series one.

I've heard that some of these chips on Ebay aren't chips at all, they just bypass certain circuits on the engine management. Not sure I'd touch one to be honest as you have no come back. Maybe check his feedback out for other people that have brought it nd email them for advice.

Its a pukka chip Mark, and he has pages of positive feedback, i am very tempted to try it for that price, the extra grunt will come in handy pulling c/van

PS; got the "Hippo" back yet?

Fredlander, if the feedback is good then I reckon try it. Like you say,the extra torque will be very handy when pulling loads.
Got my Hippo back now

I've put a description in my "V6 head gasket" thread. It was nice to jump behind the wheel again after a month off the road
