Despite the fact that every tree hugger in creation thinks I am the spawn of Satan I'm actually quite green and combined with the fact that my TD5 is starting to bleed me dry I'm attracted to the Bio Diesel on offer at my local Morrisons.

So some of questions to y'all
  1. My owners manual says no to bio-diesel. Why? Is it a money spinner for the tru off-spring of Satan the Oil companies
  2. So what can I do if I want to run it on legit bio diesel - or the left over fat in my deep fat frier?
  3. What is the going rate for Bio Diesel? Currently paying £1.12 for the smelly pump
Or point me in the direction of the exisiting thred for his query!

I currently get it for 92.9p litre.
How much are they charging for it at Morrisons?
How long have they been supplying it (roughley)?

I run my 300tdi on bio without a problem, but i'm sure i've read on here that the TD5's don't agree with it. Think it might have been summat to do with the fuel pump. Do a search mate.

Dunno how much it is - only noticed that Morrisons do it today - and they haven't got the price up. I'll let you know what I find on line

I've been putting in up to 50% bio from PureFuels in N London for a while now, and no problem so far. It seems to improve mpg and costs 95p a litre. Not using it at present as full of French diesel at approx 90p!
