I been looking at batteries lately, mine isn't going to survive another winter, when I came across the following review for a Numax 12v 75Ah battery.
Was this guy expecting a lot from one battery, or is my maths worst than I think?

This review is from: Leisure Battery 12v 75Ah Numax LV22MF
I purchased this battery because of the specification.
I needed it for a camping trip without electric. I used this battery from NEW after a 3 day charge [full] and the battery went flat [below 6v] after in my opinion minimal usage.
I boiled an 800watt kettle 3 times and powered a 100watt tv for 1 hour. This killed the battery. I had to trickle charge from from a vehicle battery the next day to get just low power lighting for the remainder of my trip.

Deeply disappointed!!!

the guy is a complete idot ,he had his head between his checks.

For your battery get the biggest you can afford . My self I'd go with a 1200cca rating

I don't rate the Numax batteries. We do em at work and we've had quite a few fail well within a year.
