Freelander 1 Anyone know what this connector is for ?

I was checking out fuel pump / filter on rear wheel arch and seen this connector hanging loose. Anyone know what its for and where it should go ? Freelander TD4 2005

Thanks ! Do you know if that mean my car should have a FBH fitted or do all TD4s have these connectors hanging loose?

My 05 TD4 has the wire connected to the FBH doser pump.
If you don't have the FBH fitted, there's no need for the pump, so the wire will just hang loose.

Td4 either had a FBH or an electrical PTC heater in the matrix. Mine has the latter and, like you, I have that connector hanging loose.

Our lass has both on hers, I fitted a fbh kit on it.
