24 minutes from start to finish !.................................no bad, eh ? :D

Did you do it with the liner still in place?
 
You should go into business-at that rate working on £60 an hour labour cost of £30 for the job is fantastic, you can do mine anytime!!!!!!!

Sorry Irishrover, there would be a minimum charge of two hours - that way I would be happy to do them all day long ! :D
Mud flap - yes I did take the wheel arch liners out - easy if you have or make a tool to remove the plastic clips without breaking them
I bought a prong shaped tool from ebay ages ago that was for removing door trim clips but this does the job just fine
Think it helped that mine is a Jap import with no rust cos the pins etc. just fell out with no persuasion required
Included in the time was wire brushing and applying copper grease to the back of the wheels/hub faces where they meet
 
thanks sound like a challange to me.

Ive got my 2 rears to do this week, so im going to have a look and my manual so im not going at it blind and i will let you know my time.

I will be greatfull for any tips though.
