anybody know if the wayferer is open or not??

hi.. thinkin of heading up the wayferer this weeend just wondering if anyone knows if its open now as i heard its closed and unpassable awaiting work... any info gladly accepted. thanks

I checked Trailwise yesterday, and a recent (yesterday as well) update says that the TRO is still inforce, as repairs are not completed.

Repairs not done, but you can still drive part of it.

Was up that way New Year, Road Closed sign was at southern end but nothing at the other. My advice would be leave it for now until it has been repaired.

The Road Closed sign is often put out at the Llanarmon DC end. But to be fair I think that is often walkers or locals with an issue towards 4x4s.
The TRO should be displayed with dates at the start of the road.

In my experience recently I would avoid the road until at least April because the mud hole is very difficult to negotiate and not easily avoided without ripping up the surrounding area.

There is no mobile phone signal and the chances of getting stuck are higher than having an easy trip.
