Any tyre reccomendations?

Hi there new to the forum and am wondering if anyone has any reccomendations on some good road tyre's for my 300 tdi disco. Currently running on Michelin XZL's (good off road, not so good on).

Also looking for a new set of rims so i can keep my off road tyres on their current ones
