Leave everything connected - squirt copious amounts if wd40 around the injector bases. Leave over night. In morning start engine and warm it up to normal temp. Switch off! Then disconnect everything but leave the fuel pipes attached to the injectors but losses then and swing the pipes up out of the way.

Get a small Jemmy bar and a piece of thin flat Ali it plastic. Put Jemmy under the injector fuel nut with plastic or ski underneath do protecting the plastic on the head.

Next while applying a little pressure on the bar tap the fuel nut left and right do moving the injector. Keep at it and the will pop out eventually unless you are very unlucky.

The key is the hot engine as it softens the gunge and seals.

Hope this helps

Thanks mate.
Problem is i have most of engine apart as am removing the blown turbo so can't start engine.
i've been out and soaked in wd40 but the bleedin things arn't budging an inch.

diesel.. ok, hot air gun.. will see if i can get one.
With weather as it is i probably won't get to it for a few days, plus need to get 90 back together, but these are great ideas being stored up.
Keep em coming folks,

just removing in order to get plastic head casing off in order to get down to remove turbo.
Might put back in after or most likely replace with new dependent on costs.
