Hi Guys,

We are the proud owners of a Japanese Import Nissan Terrano II G3MR.

Unfortunately due to a job change we have decided to sell it.

It came over from Japan last Nov via an Import company in Leicestershire
and is now fully UK converted (i.e. fog light fitted/changed from KPH to
MPH etc). It is a 3.2 Diesel Automatic Regulus model in Black with full
body kit and is a real head turner. It does 400 miles to a tank and
starts first time, every time. No rust, immaculate paint job, although
someone has scuffed one of the plastic trims up a bollard (we bought it
like that) but that would easily be repaired as there are no cracks just
a scrage in the plastic.

We have been reliably informed that has a cam chain rather than a belt,
can anyone confirm this?

We were informed when we bought it last summer that it was a govenment
car as it had done over the allowed mileage for domestic cars in Japan.

It has now done 104,000 miles. It's immaculate and it has never ever
towed anything, so no stress has been placed on the gearbox. It is never
driven hard and goes like a dream. The only thing we have ever had to do
to it was have the air con regassed last summer. It is fully alarmed and
five excellent alloys and tyres. It does not smoke at all, ever. The
interior is perfect and we have fitted an MP3 player which can go with
it if the buyer wishes.

It is in full working order but it is now surplus to requirements as we
need a cheaper car as our commuting time is greatly increased to what it
was. Anyone got any ideas of the kind of price we should be looking to
sell it on at. We paid £5,000 cash for it.

I can provide pics if anyone would like to look?

Any comments would be very helpful.

Thanks for reading!

Nikki.

This is what ours looks like.

Not 100%, but the 2.7 and 3.0 don't have a belt. Give Nissan a bell and
check.
