Another noob

Already posted a few bits but:

Defender 110XS (on a 57 plate) being delivered next week.
Live in Cornwall right out in the sticks.
Married with a two year old and another due in Feb.
Very into surfing, MTBing, running, triathlons.
Am getting too old too quickly.
Also have a BM 335d - a rare model fitted with indicators.

Malpas Village - where the Heron pub is (nearish to it anyway)!

You in Lostwithiel then? Wife's uncle is head gardener at Lanhydrock!

Wow, i really like Malpas and the heron is a superb pub - i used to know the landlord there, can't remember his name but he used to drive around in a V8 american hot-rod pick up which sounded awesome! Not sure if it's still him but he was a wealthy man (mostly thanks to me giving him £100K!) - i probably connected you to the sewer system (not personally but did the legal side!)

Lanhydrock is nice to (as is Losty!) - do they live locally?

They live in a place on the estate which is handy.

Yep - nice pub. Run by different people who are great. Old landlord still has that ute thingy.

We are sceptic tankers - no sewage here! The land stretches from the tiny church to in line with the little marina but mostly wooded. Ideal for larking about in 4x4s!

Nice! They int at Waterlake are they? Peeps there have a little girl at my daughter's nursery.

Can't remember the ute chap's name - see him from time to time. He owns the quarry on the right on the way out of Malpas (with the big old bus in it!) - name on the tip of my tongue, will get back on it...

The pub is really nice, we go there from time to time - me aunt lives round the creek at Devoran.

We did a sewage scheme a few years back for the estate at the end, connected most of em (with a couple of problems!)

Land sounds nice, good bit of messing-around land!

Yep - know of Calvin but don't know him well - that quarry is adjacent to the Western boundary of the land here - currently housing two new JCBs so something is happening there! Just cycled past it in fact.

Wife's cousins are almost grown up now - one is 15 the other 18 and at Uni.

It came to me at 2 this morning!

The guy at waterlake is something to do with the estate but has young kids, it must be one of the other houses- lanhydrock has loads of stunning properties!

We rented the quarry as a compound and as it's the only area anywhere near suitable, he had us by the balls and charged an absolute fortune! Got some nice lunches out of it though!
