Air intake advise

Hi guys,

Whilst checking my oil just now I noticed that the circular tube that runs from the air filter box towards the bottom of engine doesn't in my opinion seem a good secure fitting to the other pipe. (Not referring to the jubilee clip that clips the one end nearest the filter but the opposite end) - it seem to just rest on the other pipe...

Any advise - is it supposed to be like that. I have a 2005 disco 3

Lol - I mid read it pmsl. Made me lol now.

Apparently it just sits over the lower pipe. It's ok but just looking at it an it seems like it should have a jubilee clip etc but obviously not. Appreciate your feedback guys
