Hi there. Seeking a wee bit of advice please. Am looking to fit a pair of KBX Hi-Force wing top air intakes to my 55 Plate 90. He began life as a hard top utility but was converted to a CSW, and currently in place are standard factory-fitted vents. The one on the driver's side is solid (filled-in) so is clearly not a vent. Would fitting an air intake in its place cause any problems? Thanks very much. Simon

It is solid just now because it's just a wing top filler. No reason why you couldn't change it to another type of vent but it will just act as a way for water to get in.

Bear in mind if you fit it to the heater vent it will always try to blow air into the cab. Bearing in mind how bad the controls and seals are you could end up with endless air through the vents off or not.

Also quickly get over to the introduce myself page or you will get hassle.

Hi Simon
Good to see another local join the forum
I just happen to have a brand new snow cowl that I ordered by mistake sitting in its box;) that's surplus to requirements too.

Drop me a pm if interested :)
