I've never had so much trouble from one insurance company ever!
All I want to do is cancel my policy.
I'm not usually one to moan but this seriously takes the p!ss.
Now on my second year of insurance with them and I really wish I changed whilst I had the chance in October '15.
Anyway the point of the thread.
The cheeky barstewards want to charge me £137 to cancel my policy as change of circumstances has forced me to buy a daily. So want to take the landy off the road for a month or so and then insure as a second vehicle in a few months time.
How the hell can they charge that much to cancel? It's daylight robbery!!! The woman on the phone said it's something to do with a shortfall on the loan agreement or some bollocks like that.
I argued and said I pay monthly so surely the amount I have paid up to now should have me covered? But obviously not....
I don't think they will ever receive business from me again after this.
I'd rather pay more and go elsewhere.
Has anyone else had this trouble trying to cancel a policy with Flux?
