Disco 2 ACE pipe leak

What a piece of crap these plastic inserts! Just working on our ACE.
As far as I understand the seal removal/install instruction. You should thred in the M10 bolt just a couple of mm and break out the whole plastic. That's bull**** the aluminum around the plastic is corroded and nothing is going to move.
You'll have to carefully drill out. But get first the new inserts/seals so you know exactly how deep you can drill.

Temporarily we ended up bypassing the ACE pump.
We removed the installed 7PK1867 belt and put in a 7PK1535. It was kind of hard to put it on.
I measured arround 330mm less in length for bypassing.
Note: My Disco is originally w/ air con and ACE!
Im sure a 1540 or 1545 will do as well and it'll be easier to install. Well they only cost around €12.- here in Germany.
I'll comment again once I got the ACE again up and running.
