What about the documents i asked about? ..anyway first of all swap the ACE relay with the horn relay(R13) and check then if the horns are working

I have rave but are the wiring docs on there ? Or do I need to download them Separately ? And also I have already tried that mate but the horn still works also like I say I’ve changed pressure transducer and fuse box also

If you have the complete RAVE doc everything should be in it...

unfortunately i forgot what tests hawkeye has for ACE so put the relay back and go into "Circuit tests" it should be a relay activation option there IIRC so you hould hear it clicking when you activate it with hawkeye but go through all the menu and try each option then put the bridge back and do it again(except the relay activation) and report your findings

Okay mate it gives me 4 options, main relay on /off
Warning lamp on/ off
Direct cnt valve 1 and 2 on and off
I did the relay on and off and heard it clicking,
Then nothing else worked, then we i bridged it I was about to force to warning light off (as before I wasn’t )
But valves one and two turning them on and off from what I could tell didn’t do anything, does this tell us any more mate ?

Yes i does, as i presumed first time there's something on the DCV's circuit... now you'll need a multimeter and check the solenoids(you'll understand why i said about contorsionism then :)) ...just confirm you can access the RAVE - Electrical library cos the connector views are necessary

Sweet mate and yes I have access to rave electrical library, we are going to solve this I cannot thank you enough for your help already it’s invaluable

So get familiar with the electrical library o figure out the connector views with the wire colour codes to each pin as to measure exactly where i'll tell you cos i'll point to a connector with it's code e.g. C0391 and tell you across wich pins to measure and so on... i'll check the diagram now and work out a plan for you as to be the easyest. .. i'll be back soon

So, here's the plan, once you have multimeter set it to Ohm, unplug the ACE ECU, see electrical library- connector views C0391, unplug it from it's other side C0377 and meaure resistances as follows across pins:
-> 2 - 8, 2 - 14, 7 - 13 both sides
- connect C0391/0377 back, go to ECU C0647 and measure across pins 24 - 23, 24- 22, 25 - 27
-concentrate as the wire colours(by codes) shown in the table in the view to match with the pins cos if you measure across wrong pins this thing can become a nightmare

according to the results we'll speak again. Good luck

Thanks mate it maybe a few day u til I get back to ya but I’ll be in touch soon mate thanks again

Some solenoids can get water in and corrode. They swell up.

I would drop the block down a little and check over the solenoids.

Plenty on Ebay and scrap yards for spares

Take your time, when you'll be back i'll answer, i edited a bit my last post
Hey bud,
My multi meter turned up today, just to clarify when I’m testing, I don’t need the engine running correct? And also do I need to disconnect the battery as we’re measuring resistance? I just don’t want to mess anything up :)

Welcome. When you are at it corroborate the colours with the pin disposals as shown in the connector view to be 100% sure
Right hear goes:
C0391
2-8 110.0k ohms
2-14 105.0k ohms
7-13 52.06k ohms

C0647
24-23 131.0k ohms
24-22 130.0k ohms
25-27 108.0k ohms

I couldn’t test C0377 as my probes wouldn’t fit inside enough to give me a reading,
Let me know what you think mate and if I need to test anything else or again :)

Are you sure that the readings are kOhm not Ohm?, those readings are far out of what should be ... anyway you'll have to do some gymnastics to crawl under, unplug the 3 solenoids on the valve block then read again from C0647 same pins with C0391/0377 connected and diconnected ... for C0377 insert a needle into the cavities and measure on that
