Well they say every thing is bigger in the States, including the price tag on this "1983" station wagon.

1983 Used Land Rover Defender 110 at Autohaus West Serving Lake Forest, CA, IID 7242568

I think the "1983" bit is a very small 3 inch square........;)

Now lets be fair about this . This was a total rebuild to california emmissions standard New v8 petro ac cruise control cd player . That is a brand new car with a defender body

Now lets be fair what would a 1967 shelby gt350 newly rebuilt cost in the uk any guesses:D:D

Quite a substantial amount of money I'm sure, but do they come with a 4 cylinder turbo-diesel engine as fitted to this Defender?

P.S. Happy independence day to you good sir.:)

Tell me what would a 1966 Mustang Shelby Gt 350 Cost the the uk? Anyone care to guess, well i would probably say 3 times more than the amount in the USA

but who in their right mind would try selling a 66 tarted up as a circa 4 yr old model ? you'd certainly not find anyone daft enough to buy one in this country, maybe there's more of a market for that kind of abortion over there ?

Who in there right mind would pay silly money for a '66 Shelby Gt .
American tat, all show and fook all else...!
It's a 45 year old car running cart springs with a very very very inefficient V8 petrol engine!
Does it go round corners..............no
Is it faster than my Wifes Golf Diesel..................no

Fluck off......................Daft yank

Well if they sell it, I'm going into the export business. Ingredients seem to be
1 off LHD export spec plain white 110 satiation wagon (no carpet, vinyl seats) £20,000, set of boost alloys and tyres £800, some "zany" graphics, nail on a chassis plate you got off some old farm boy for a couple of drinks, and bingo, one "totally rebuilt" 1983-ready-for-export landy. Job done.:D
