90 td5 gear stick being grabbed!!!

Helloooooo.
got 2002 td5, when i put it in gear- any gear it feels like something grabbs the gearstick out of my hand, and it goes into gear, also i have to let the revvs die down to get it into gear smoothely, had the duel-mass flywheel done about 1000 miles ago, but this has allways happened, any ideas chaps/chapesses!! no noises or squeeling at all

depends on your idea of grabbed as dentent ball help push selector into gear the tighter the more this is,dog teeth on gears are coffin shaped again to pull selector into gear as well this can be felt while accelerating as gear stick when held can be felt been pulled,but it could be your clutch not clearing properly or synchros worn
