62 Plate new style LR2

Hi all

Just got myself a 2012 62 plate Freelander 2, and a tad disappointed
It's the new style dash and daytime running LED's, but thought it had the signature strip, but it doesn't
My question is, if I bought the 2013 headlights with signature strip, would they go straight in without any mods?

Have you checked on freel2.com?

Not very many 'newish' FL2's on here yet. (Or old ones for that matter, but that will change over the next year or so when they start to drop in value.)

Need to check as the facelift lights run at different voltages and require en ecu reprogram, but i'd think that a direct swap should be ok as yours is a facelift anyway.

I didn't get any joy of freel2, seems no one knows if these lights will plug in or that the wiring/plugs will need altering

so you need to start lifting bonnets and compare fittings.
