300tdi taking things out help!

Hi guys!

so, im currently restoring my 300tdi and i need to ask you more experienced folk a few questions!

So, after taking out 99.9% of the interior im left with the air box and fan.

could you guys give me a few pointers as to how i can get it out? it's an AC model so will i have to de-gas and take out the evaporator as well? I've freed the heater pipes but cannot get them out of the grommet in the bulkhead..

i've bought myself a half-cut with a more decent bulkhead and am just going to be replacing!

tiz illegal to vent AC gas to atmosphere

that I know. I've an Automotive AC kit and have both vac pump and collector so no worries there
