300tdi interior

Hello,

can i fit a later 300tdi seats into an earlier 300tdi ? i believe the seat belt is bolted to bodywork on earlier one and to seat on later ones. are the rails the same ?

i prefer to sit in the cab...

so long as the drivers seat is nice and comfy why worry about the rest

drivers seat is all worn thro to sponge so needs replacing.

I can say the rears and dickies are the same in both!

There is a slight diffrence with 5 door and 3 door front seats, they both fit but I have found the 5 door seats to sit slightly higher. May have been the seats have less use/loss of sponge but it has been the case and I have swoped interiors on 4 300's now!

I fitted later seats from a 300tdi on to the bases of my older style front seats by making up some bars to adapt the wider base of the newer seats. Back seats fitted the same as originals. Just kept the seat belts in the original position for the front
