hi. im getting rid of my ford explorer and planning to buy a 1995 disco 300 tdi 5 dr man, the car im looking at has had the cat removed is this ok and will it pass future mot emmisions problem, also what do i need to look 4 the car has done 107000

Yes it is OK to remove the CAT, it can still pass the MOT without.
Look for rust...boot floor, rear body cross member, rear wheel arches, sills, front inner wings.

The cat on a 300tdi isn't a true cat but is more a particulate filter. A 300tdi will easily pass the mot emissions without a cat fitted. If the cat has gone you will probably find the egr is blanked off too.
