I've done a search and can't find an answer.

I'm getting some clutch judder on my 200tdi (genuine Defender), clutch is fairly new, no signs of clutch fluid loss and no signs of any oil from the flywheel area.

So I'm gonna change the engine and gearbox mounts. Ordered some OEM ones, see if that cures it.

Now is it simply a job of undo mounts jack engine/transmission up and I should be able to get them out, or is there more to it?

Thats it in a nut shell
What make was the clutch?
Cold also be warped flywheel, new clutch fitted to mine, was smooth as for a few k now started juddering

No idea tbh, was fitted by the previous owner but checked when I had my gearbox replaced and all looked new.

It does get better once warmed up, but rechecked all fluid levels bang on and no oil around the bell housing or drain hole.

For rear crank seal to effect clutch the seal really has to be leaking quite badly.
Im looking forward to replacing my clutch/flywheel all over again!

It's juddering in all gears on take up, it's definitely clutch related and definitely gets better after a long drive.

New mounts have arrived today so will fit them at some point and see if that cures it.

What's the best way to get the gearbox mounts off in situ?
