200TDI disco engine into Defender, 300TDI Blower.

Hi all,

Going to view a Disco on saturday, its a 200tdi, the fella says all I need to change to fit it in my 110 is to fit a 300tdi turbo, and a full 300tdi exhaust system.

Can anyone confirm this?

I know about the hoses, rads, cooler, bellhousing etc, im just meaning exhaust wise chaps.

As, I will be buying a recon turbo anyway, do I get the 300TDI one, Defender 200tdi one, or just a used one?

There are special downpipes available on ebay to use the std disco 200 turbo in a 90/110, defender 200 turbos are very very expensive even used.
People fit the 300 turbo set up to get the engine into series motors as it makes ex pipe routing easier

Ok, I will order a new 300TDI turbo then and bolt this onto my 200tdi, order a full 300TDI exhaust system and it should go streight in.
