2001 td5 electric window upgrade

hi guys
a little help as i now seem to have a head ache.
i have rebuilt 2 front doors from frames and skins so like brand new now (didn't come with inner panel or glass), all painted ready to go now ive seen some sun shine. (both are the early square top top doors not the later puma rounded tops)
thought would fit electric window motor kit. all very simple i thought..
it would appear the glass in the original doors i will reuse has 2 different types of glass fixings.
1 has the older runner type with the wheels that run in runners the other has the later 2 clips on the glass.
Questions.
1. guess the glass is all the same?
2. can i just match the fixings. I.E swap to both runner type or clip type?
3. is the inner door panel (part door open handle is fixed too) any different between the 2 types.
4. if i convert both to the clip type glass will a standard electric assy fit from ebay cuh000082, or is still the full £250 kit way.
