200,000 disco , should i walk on by ?

hi all, i was looking at a 2002 disco td5 with 200,000 miles today,has anybody any opinions as to what to look out for, are the engine ok with big mileage or are the gearboxs ok with this kinda mileage . the body and interior are in very good condtion, opinions please, i have to add its a manual and the battery was flat when i was looking but im going back with jump leads.
ive posted this on another form as well but im trying to get as much info as possible

Hi Gary, assuming you can get it started and it drives correctly with no warning lights and has full service history, I would say it would be ok to buy - depending entirely on price.

With that mileage I would say it needs to be less than £2000 - or walk away.

As thebiglad said, if it's got that far, chances are it'll keep on going.

And if every major component HAS been replaced...no worries!!!
