I'm looking to get a bit more articulation yet keeping the ride height standard. I currently have HD springs but would like to fit +2" shocks. Preferable adjustable shocks like the KONI Heavy Track. Further I would like pin/pin on all four corners!

Which kind of rear spring mount do I need?

Will the +2" shocks + standard spring height work?

Yes, it will work, im aiming on doing it to mine, for the same reason.
Rear spring mount isnt affected, but you will probably want dislocation cones, you will need to swap the shock mounts for a pin type.

Yes it will allow for more "drop" one one side but wouldn't the shocks bottom out on compression? Or fit extended bump stops, which I guess also limits compression travel.....or.....fit plus 2 shock mounts which then means we end back to square one?? I think I'll wait around and see the answers to this one....

My coil sprung lightweight had a 2" lift on it when i bought it, loads of clearance but the handling and steering were awful. I swapped the springs for normal height but left the shockers on, works a treat, solved the handling and you get better articulation.

Best to fit dislocation cones though, as greater possibility of springs dislocating due to shock travel now being longer than spring travel.
